- Cancellation: Cancel at least 48 hours before the activity. Within 24 hours there is no refund or rescheduling unless a medical certificate is submitted within 24 hours after the scheduled activity. Cancellations 24–48 hours before remain subject to provider confirmation. If transportation has reached pickup and the reservation is rescheduled, a US$33 fee applies.
- Date changes: Date changes are subject to availability.
- No-show: Full charge; no refund.
- Weather: When weather is unsafe, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
